I am trying to make the JPEG below into Vectors so I can machine it. For some reason the program keeps freezing after the last tab where you can pick fine lines and arcs or mostly splines. Any insight?
run the vector(jpg,bmp,picture file) through something like Aspire or artcam or even autocad (
) ,,then take the stl or step or even dxf and apply the path
I found that selecting splines would cause mine to seem to lock up...and then half an hour later it finished doing its thing and completed the conversion.
I also found it went a lot faster if I selected lines and arcs instead of splines...less math involved...
