Default X7 tries to double save Gcode

I 'm haveing a problem where X7 tries to double save Gcode then only posts the first tool.
I have a HASP type setup will full Mill and lathe features.
This has happened before and required a full reinstall of the program which is a pain. Is there an easier way to fix this?

This time it happened when I tried using the break Through option while drilling and if I remember correctly, last time was was using the same feature. (Might be my imagination tho!)

The part is a simple one hole with spot drill first.....same thing I do regularly.

Thanks again for the help guys!

    Quick update....
    I named the file
partnumber 9/16 hole and it messed up. Renamed the file and rebooted and did the same thing.
After I deleted the files (both g code and part file) and rebooted the computer, and ran a quick file scan on the hard drive, I was able to redraw and recode the part correctly.

I guess the "/" was causing the problem.

Select all ops and then right click in the toolpath manger and go to the edit selected operations then Change NC name and close and post.
