polishing plastic (Trogamid)
hi
i have to polish about 200 trogamid parts. i have been using mechanical system such as wheel pads and waxing. but it takes a long time and real pain. i was asked to reduce price of finished part for higher volume. but i have no way but shortening polishing time. is there anyone out there to be able to help me and tell me what to do? trogamid i use is yellowish and a little harder than arcylic. i highly appreciated. thanks.

best thing i can think of that i ve used was a benchtop grinder with a buffer wheel and jewlers rouge ,the stuff works well , the parts i worked with needed to be absolutely perfect and at the same time we had no time to waste
trick is to keep moving the part so it doesn t take any heat , or the polishing becomes a nightmare from that point on
