    2091 Is a general PHNC alarm on the CNC side. Go to the PHNC screen and it will display an alarm code

    Hi there Im having a PHNC alarm (2091)
    whene i go to phnc screen it gives me the following:
    (1/2) --Message : top dead center sensor alarm
    --details : no TDC signal came up despite the ram is in that position
    --check the TDC sensor, then press the reset button
    (2/2) --message : 09 servo alarm
    --detail : the servo tolerance is over the limit, while the punch is idling
    --solution : check hydrulic unic, servo valve and servo amplifier

    PHNC to English
    1. Turn off Hydraulic Motor switch ( located on door of PHNC Cabinet).

    2. Move bit 15 on SW3 to the on position (on PHMPU Board).


    3. Move the Parameter switch to the on position (on PHMPU Board).


    4. Turn on the NFB.


    5. Push in Emergency Stop button located on the NC control panel.


    6. Turn on NC power ( wait 4~5 seconds for control to be enabled ).

    6a. Put machine into MDI mode.


    7. Push “2” then “Enter” ( display will read in kanji characters ) .


    8. Push “162” then “Enter” ( display will show page where parameter 162 is located ).


    9. Push “162” then “Enter” again ( selects parameter 162 for edit ).


    10. Push “81” then “Enter” ( changes data in parameter 162 from 65 to 81 ).

    11. Push “267” then “Enter” ( display will show page where parameter 267 is located ).

    12. Push “267” then “Enter” again ( selects parameter 267 for edit ).

    13. Push “64” then “Enter”(changes data in parameter 267 from 63 to 64).

    14. Turn off the NC power.

    15. Move the Parameter switch back to the off position.

    16. Move bit 15 on SW3 back to the off position.

    17. Move Hydraulic on/off switch back to on.
