Default 3 phase motor from Cincinatti #2 Tool and cutter grinder not working

    Hello Everyone,

I purchased a Cincinatti #2 Tool and Cutter Grinder on Ebay and have just hooked
    it up...nothing.

I checked first to determine that it was wired for Low Voltage 220 3 phase

I am getting power to the motor as 206 volts to each leg. I live in Mexico so thats all we get here.

I disconnected all 9 motor leads and checked the conductivity of each possible combination
    of leads 45 in total.

8 of these combinations are closed and I believe that only 6 should be closed.

Can anyone verify this or give me another test to determine if this Spindly Motor will
    need to be rewound?

    Best Regards,

    Preston

    Ok, found the problem...

2-8 is open vs 1-4 and 3-6 have 7.1 ohms resistance.

    Best Regards,

    Preston
