MadCam doesn’t work on new computer

I have installed Rhino 7 and MadCam7 on a new Asus lapto running Windows 11.. Rhino seems to working fine. MadCam loads and all icons appear normal. However, when I select a model and select the tool icon nothing happens. When I click on the tool icon a second time, I get the following message: “The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid.”

I have re-installed both Rhino and MadCam several times and have verified the location of the machine library, postprocessor, and tool library.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I had this problem when transferring license to a new computer. If possible, unregister your old computer and then try it. That worked for me. Otherwise, email Joakim to reset your license for the given serial/email.
