madCAM 6 simulator blank and post processor output file extemsions missing

I had been using madCAM 6 without any problems but last night when I tried to save the post processor file, the drop down only offered "Output Files(*.nc)" and "Report Files (*.rtf)". No "Output Files(txt)" or "Output Files(*.tap)" or "All Documents(*.*) etc.. Files I had previously saved in ".txt" extension I can't see. Also, when I try to simulate the tool path created by madCAM the simulator window is blank. I tried running the simulator anyway and the coordinates at the bottom change but there is nothing in the window. I tried uninstalling madCAM and reinstalling it but it didn't fix the problem. Any ideas? Forgot, I am running Windows 10, Rhino3d v6 and of course madCam. When I reinstalled it I installed the latest update.

A few times I've had problems with the simulator and every time it has been related to graphics. Have you got a driver update recently?
