madCAM for Rhino 6, what information is needed to register it?

When I try to register my madCAM 5 4X for Rhino 6, I am asked for my name, organization, and product key. I keep putting in the information I think it is looking for but can’t get it to accept it. I am not sure what organization name I am supposed to use. How do I find this information?

Not sure what you're trying to do, but you can't run Madcam for Rhino 5 in Rhino 6. I think you need another license?
