Rhino 6 "Update your Plug-ins" message

If you have loaded Rhino 6.2 and are wondering why you get a message to "Update your Plug-ins" and have not loaded any, just ignore the message.
It looks at all prior version of Rhino to see what plugins you may have loaded and report which one are not V6 yet.
So for example if you have Rhino5 with madCAM5 then Rhino 6.2 will bring up this message at launch.
If you click on "Check now" it will tell you all the plugins you have even those that may have been installed and removed in the past (Registry Remnants still remain on those plugins).
