Hard to say without knowing your setup. Do you have a model you can share?
Hello,
I hope some one can help me. I`m working with rhino5 and madCAM 50.0.2015.417. When I use Z-level finishing or profiling there are stil some corners with no sharp edge. What am I doing wrong?

The units are set to mm. Absolute tolerance madCAM 0.02 / asolute tolerance rhino 0.001 / mesh tolerance jagged and faster / tool tolerance 0.01 or 0.02.
The part in the file is a front. The corner shown un the picture is in a larger front and measures about 0.342mm.
Take a look in the help file under settings. Notice that jagged and faster is NOT selected. Try emulating those settings, and set the madCAM tolerance tighter. We use 0.008, I can't say definitively that 0.008 will solve your problem, but I can say it works for us.
See if that helps,
Dan

Hello Dan, thank you for your advice. I`ve changed the settings but the results are still the same. Except that the time for calculating the toolpath expands. And some parts are ok and other parts have one to four bad corners. I thought since sr13 the mesh tolerance is only used when the tool tolerance is bigger.
