Default OKUMA OSP PROGRAMMING PART OFF /PROFILING

I am trying to program with only one tool ie my part off tool which is a blade and not a grooving tool... in order to create this WHEEL if you will....anyway it's plastic and I am going to
    face,
    turn,
,and then cut off basically. al the edges have to have chamfers as well.

is this possible on the OSP ? does anybody know how to use the cut off/part off tool?
I could easily do on masterCAM but I can't understand the language of grooving on the okuma this is a LB15 OKUMA OSP 5020L
if anyone could post instructions that would be great

    thank you

I would think you would want to use a profile tool, as the blade is going to flex and not give you the results on turning.
as far the program, i am not sure what you want? need more info.

no I have done it before when I had a haas sl30 it's totally doable. the thing it's plastic and you need a very sharp tool
basically the way I program it on mastercam is just pick the part off tool for example and choose various cutter comps to FACE , TURN the right side, the Turn the left side and part it off

    here is a drawing

thanks, guys I appreciate it I really need to learn this cause there is this other part that needs "V"grooving right in the middle and the only way to do it is with a part off but I can't get okuma to machine the back side of my part without destroying everything.

does the drawing help? I know it's not the best but it's pretty straight forward it's gotta be identical on both sides

not a complicated part, can i ask, if you can get mastercam to give you the code, can you not just punch it in?
I usually will use two offsets when programming a profile/partoff tool to turn with using both sides of the tool.

no I don't have MC but I used to do these jobs before at a company that did UHMW and we had Mcx (and haas machines) tthere so it was easy. and even if I did have the codes I think it's next to impossible to g code program on Okuma I tried it once I got really confused. it has a very different structure.
