Help About NC Studio and Controller Card

Hello, I am new in this community and need help from you.I am trying to Install my first cnc machine. My NC Studio version is 5.19 provided by seller came with a cd.And my controller card version is WEHONG PM95A6 , I first try to install the NC Studio then turn off my pc and insert my control card in PCI-E slot. But problem is that while i first trying to install NC Studio it says controller not found and give an error message "shut down your pc" if i press no then it shows nc studio install success msg and if press yes then nc studio doesn't install. After showing install success msg i am trying to install Controller card driver but it doesn't found the driver or controller card.

Any help pls about my problem
