You can start from any tool number, and can call m6 from the toolbar, or MDI as well as g-code.

I tried m6 without any programs after initial auto zero but it hanged after reaching tool change position
What version of Mach3? 3.043.022 will hang, due to a bug in Mach3

One more thing it works great with program but if I use keypad to move machine axis they respond late and screen also behave to slow when regenerate ..what would be the problem ....thanks again .... screen set working nice but these problems arise ...I don't know the second problem is related to screenset or not ... please guide me ...

If you have a large file loaded (>200,000 lines), then turn off the toolpath display.
If you have a small file loaded, then your PC is not powerful enough.
The 2010 screensets larger toolpath display uses more resources than the default Mach3 screen.

You probably need to add an M3 in your G-code, after the M6.
