mach3 Digital Read Out Jumping/Bouncing

Hi,

So ive just changed over my break out board for something that supported slave with additional axis and im have everything working moving etc hooked up ready to go.
But my digital readouts are bouncing / flickering as such when drivers and machine are at idle/ not moving.
This is obviously causing issues with ref homering, as the change in values is locking the endstops as it thinks machine has past the limit.

Is this a grounding issue?

Sounds like an EMI noise issue. Does it do it worse when the spindle is running?
