Newby reference Homing problem

i got a WABECO CC1210 CNC Retrofit with CSMIO IP/M

After i change some Details i can not back to reference Homing all achses

I can not find where is the problem. How can i change settings to initiate the reference Homing correct?

find settings .... But direction of x and y achses are now wrong? can not move behind the zero point
