Lazycam pockets problem

Dear all,

I'm using the Lazycam on my new 3040 and while I was milling same basic things, no problem. Problems started when I tested the first pocket on a DXF that was already used to mill the external contour.
On Pic1 you can see a basic DXF mill on the external contour. No problem to create the Gcode.
On Pic2 I've disabled the external layer and created a pocket with tool 2mm. Visually looks normal (I think) but when I press Post Gcode, the message is "Posting file complete" but no file is created.

I can't believe that all the users have this problem. Anyone knows any solution to it?
I'm using Windows XP 32 bits and Lazycam 3.00.
