Best way to have spindle error estop mach3

Any suggestions from someone that has already applied this?

Just had a brown out and mach 3 didn't get affected but the spindle did, almost broke my bit. I figure I would run a wire from the vfd to my breakout board, but does anyone have some nicer solutions.

You don't say what VFD and Breakout Board you have, most VFD Drives you can use one of its built in Relays connected into the Estop circuit, are you running your machine with the same power source, there should only be ( 1 ) power source

Thanks Mactec I'll check those I know it is a c32 board with ethernet smoothstepper with an smv vfd. I'll look up the model.
