    Default Positive home issue

    Hello,

I have converted an XpertMill to run under mach3. I use the limit switches as standard on the machine. That means Y must home to its +1000mm pos. I have set positve homing and the home offset to 1000.

Now the machine runs positive to the switch, want to back of competely to 0 and then slowly to 1000. How can I set that it backs of only to 990 or so and then slow to 1000again?

    Kind regards
    Ronald

You must be using a custom home macro. By default, Mach3 should only back off until the switch opens, and not do any movement at all.
