Manual for Koike Plasma CNC BLB2500

Hi, I work with a Koike Plasma CNC and i have problems with the x axis motor. Sometimes, the motor not work and the pcb driver show an error number, but i don't know what is it. Maybe in the manual can explain the error and how fixed, but i don't have the manual and i can´t find it on internet, maybe because its form 15 years ago. The CNC is a BLB2500 and i attached the photo form the plate. Thanks in advance.
