haco omes 310 punchmaster

Hello,
we have bought an older punch machine omes 310 haco punchmaster with robosft TPC25 controller . We have a problem, that we can not run ANY punching program or even single hole punch, as whenever we try to run the machine, it says ERROR 68 unknown tool. This issue happens when the tool is in and clamped, even when no tool clamped, even when clamp is not clamped. The machine was runing at previous owner. We can not find any local company that knows these machines, and we have no contact to the previous operator, as the machine was long time off-line.

Any idea where can we start? I think this is clampig related issue, as the tool holder probably does not give feedback about clamping status. However we lack the documentation, and the clamp itself has no sensors - i think there is some hydraulic sensor somewhere that gives this information, but we do not know where to look for. Maybe there can be anyone with experience with this machine?
