I know this is an old thread but I'm also looking for the owners manual have you found one or do you have one now I'm assuming? Would you be willing to share it with me? My whole shot burnt down insurance is investigating the CNC machine is the culprit and they want the owners manual and I don't have one and like you getting a hold of China and getting responses and what you need isn't always easy
