In need of MELDAS 500 Series Manuals

Hello everyone, I am from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I have several sets of MITSUBISHI MELDAS 520 Controller. (FCA520AME) And I like to set up new CNC machines which are based on these controllers and servo drives. But I don't have any manual, could anyone please sell me a copy of the manuals, such as:
1/ MELDAS 500 Series Connection Manual
2/ MELDAS 500 Series PLC Interface Manual
3/ MELDAS 500 Series Parameter Manual

QX611-1
QX522
QX535
MDS-C1-V2-0303 x 3 sets
MDS-C1-CV
