You will have 2 possibilities depending on the control and what options have been enabled/installed:

1)
G01 Z-1. F0.05
M05
G01 Z0.3 M04
M05

2)
G84 Z-1. F0.05

I am trying to set up using live tooling and second spindle. I am assuming the second spindle will be axis B. After setting Z0.0 and making chips when using one spindle, I am lost. The live drill will be drilling when the part is in the second spindle, so do I touch off the drill to face of part in spindle 2, take # from machine position page and put it in Z offset for drill? I have to get the part to the second spindle first and don't have a clue.

i need help with mori seiki tl-1 i need help it shows blackscreen wit red led on the power unit .

If it doesnt show anything on the screen and doesnt show any red leds on the motherboard, even if the red led of the power supply is lit, it is likely a problem with the power supply. If the red leds on the motherboard light up then you should look at them and do the troubleshooting acordingly.

Yasnac or fanuc? What model? Tl1s are pretty old, I've even seen them with pixie tube displays.
