Well, I cannot get this wizard to come up at all. It does show up on the wizard screen choices, but when selected all I get is a gray screen. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong... I copied the "Probe Wizard EN" folder into Mach3/ Addons, then copied all the individual macro files into the Mach3/Macro/myMill folder for my mill configuration. Any ideas?

Eventually I re-read your page and saw the notes on controllers that work (I'm an inveterate skim reader) - I ordered a CNCDrive AXBB-E yesterday. It's Ethernet not USB, but that's probably better, and very affordable when ordered direct.

    Hi Kevin,

I have the same card. Were you able to resolve the probing issues? If not then what replacement card did you use.

I had a similar problem using the z probing in the wizard. It turns out that in the SafeMoveZ function (https://github.com/verser-git/ProbeW...acros/M917.m1s line 188) there is a threshold of 0.01.

    If Abs(ZHit - Zstart - Z1) > 0.01 Then

I don't know exactly why, maybe it's due to the accuracy of the machine, but 0.01 was too small for me. I use 0.02 and then it's fine.

This function is similar in all files so if you face the problem you may have to change it everywhere.

    Best.
    Hi There,

i even tried to increase the value to 5.01 for both z hit and xyhit. But I am still getting following error.

    Sun - 19:18:04 ---X+ = 204.109375
Sun - 19:18:07 ---Error! Probe tripped during XY movement
Sun - 19:18:07 ---Return to the search position is interrupted

Do you have any idea why that might be.

Does anyone have the user manual for the Wizard? The Link doesn't seem to work anymore.
