Default CNC machine not cutting normaly

    Hi all,

I have a problem, when i cut mdf board 18mm and deeping for 2mm, every time when goes around, it is back to y-axis 0, he start not from the same position. And that's every time. There is a Mach3 software show that goes to zero, but it really isn't.
    I used a Stepperoline DM542T, and a Stepperoline 23HS45-4204S engine.

    Can somebody help me? Thank's

You would need to post you NC-Program code and cutter diameter for an analysis.
Maybe a simple drawing of what you think you cutter path should look like would help

The part could be moving or the machine might be losing steps if you have given it a feed rate that it doesn't have the power to execute.
