Error with Mach3 and new controller board on sansmart3018

My previous controller shorted out and I ordered a replacement from Sainsmart. I have all the plugins and DLL files still loaded.

my cnc ran for 20 minutes, mach3 froze up and no I am getting the No USBMachBoard, Please plug in error on reboot.

Any ideas?
