I guess that your native units in Mach3 are set to INCHES and your G-code does not have G21 somewhere at the beginning of file, indicating that the code is in Metric units.
Good evening
I purchased an ELE-1212 cnc router from Blue Elephant for my guitar shop. Being new to cnc machines and of course Mach3 I am having a hard time with settings. I modeled a simple 100mm x 100mm x 6mm deep slot in fusion 360 an uploaded the G-code file to Mach3. The machine moves and the spindle turns and I can see its goes through the motions however, the cut ends up only being around 16mm x 16mm x 1mm deep. I've tried calibrating the axis multiple time with no luck.
What am i doing wrong?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
