    Default Mach3 haywire HELP!!

    hi,

i accidentally clicked regen toolpath while i was swapping out my cutter for a final pass,
suddenly i kept getting a “softlimits system movement aborted” error on mach3,

so i turned off soft limits and clicked "go to zero" this caused my Z axis to crash down into my work piece, since then i've had alot of issues; cnc not being able to run due to softlimit system aborted error

    how does one resolve this?

i’ve done a full cut prior to this with no error, and many other jobs for that matter..

tried turning off soft limits, rebooting, still no luck.

EDIT: A few weeks after, i turned everything back on, i could start a new cut however my spindle RPM was only running at about 5k when it was set at 20k in reality. i tried rebooting mach3, but it saved my "Ref Home" coordinates as this job's "Go to Zero" , and i couldnt zero back my machine to the TRUE ref home anymore.

Seems like everything is getting from bad to worse.
