    Default DDSM5V5 controller looses steps

    Hello,
We try to use a DDSM5V5 controller with Mach3 and it looses steps, we tryed with several computers and different operating systems, on the systems with Windows 7 or higher it moves ok, but looses steps, on the one with XP it stops moving at some points, like it looses the USB connection.
Is there a problem with the controller or the settings on Mach3, we tested it on different machines, and the same errors occur.
    Thank you

you may need to use stronger power supply or add gearbox to the motors. it used to happen to me when i make the machine move fast.
does it looses when moving slow?
i have the same controller for another machine. but lost the plugin for mach3, could you send it to me please?
    the file is ddsm.dll
    i appreciate
