    Default Diameter/Radius

Craziest thing, I have an old Hardinge HSL which I have installed CNC on and ran for a long time with no issues, had it down for maintenance. When I brought it back up and touched of my tools, all of a sudden the x axis moves as specified but cuts double! I tell it to take .010 and it takes .020, I touch it off, tell it to go to 0 and it goes the full diameter. I have changed back and forth from diameter to radius mode and experience no change. It just doesn't even make sense. Frustrated in the twilight zone here Any ideas?

Could the steps per unit settings have been corrupted?
