Mach3 and 4 axis or A axis.

How to set mach3 to work simultaneously with 4 axes? for example I have a square in A axis I want on all 4 sides to engrave and remove the edges. how to do it in one operation? i have china cnc 6040 with 4 axis-

I have a 4ax mill here running on M3 and its doing 4sim, indexing, 3+1, 1+3, 2+2, 8*12 etcetc.... whatever gcode (toolpaths?) you throw at it it just cuts
