1) Increase acceleration.
2) Create toolpaths that "roll around" the corner, leaving your part square.
3) I think there's a CV wizard to setup the CV controls.
Hi Everyone
I am having a hard time here, my projected tool patch has sharp corners but when i run the program it rounds them off.
I changed Motion Mode to Exact Stop from Constant Velocity, it fixed the problem but the machine now runs super slow in the
radius or rounder parts of the program.

the rule is that you ensure that your machine is tuned for the highest reliable (no lost steps) acceleration consistent with the rigidity of
the machine. Best acceleration allow the spindle to follow the tool path more closely.
