When I start and close the mach3 program, a notification is silenced:
xmlnetprofile
load waring- ,hexadecimal value 0x0C,is invalid character. line1 position400
Where should I look for a mistake?

No, I just copied copies of my profiles that I saved.

Today I uninstalled mach3 and reinstalled it, deleted all profiles and created a new profile, but it still shows me the error as in the picture.
