SURFACE GRINDER MACH3

Hello everyone,
For my HYDRAULIC SURFACE GRINDER need help will wit mach3 controlling, Z axis and Y axis worked excelent with stepper motors, but problem is with X, X axis is a hydraulic for this axis have just sensor for left and right site, question Is how this pulses of left and right site write in this listing set file (atachment).
