Problem: Probe Tool connection in Mach3 with C-10 Board

Holly Platypus! I tried to connect a prove plate to my C-10 board (see attached jpeg ) from pin # 12 to the plate and ground connection to the spindle. However, the digitized light in Mach3 Troubleshooting Tab is on without the plate been connected. I tried the input jumper-up, the probe works but not the e-stop or the limit switches. Please refer to the attached jpeg and advise. Thank you

Most likely, you just need to add a pull-up resistor between terminal 12 and +5V. You may also need to disconnect (desolder) the existing pull-down resistor on the board.

Hello COD: I'll contact Automation Technology to see if they can advise the resistor type and where I can buy it. The desoldering route will affect my E-Stop and L/Switches. Thank you
