    Default help purchase mach3 drive

    Hi,
I have a cnc 6040 Chinese 4-axis-rotary-one of the drivers that goes in a rack does not work, it's the driver because I change the position and the axis does not work where it is.
A second red LED lights up, even if the motor is not connected.
I guess it has no solution, I have been researching and there is no way to buy a driver is Shindiao.
I will have to buy a new driver mach3, 4 axes, but I have doubts about the power the engines are nema23 but there is one.
    57HS10042A4, of 4.2 A.
    What driver would you advise?
    Thank you

Hello, I've seen your previous posts.

Also I purchased LYCNC Chinese CNC 3040 router and it's probably the same lineup as your model.

My machine didn't mess up, but as I tried to retrofit my router to funtion as a 3D printer, I found something helpful to you.

    I found exactly same stepper motor driver - shyidiao.com 2015/3/25 ...

I analyzed this contoller board and got the following results.

    - Main controller chip has 25 pin. Its package is HZIP25-P
    - 2-channel fast optocoupler(ONSemi 2531), 1-channel optocoupler PC817
    -
    is connected to
    -
    is connected to
    - <> is connected to <>.....
    - There is 5V regulater on the board.
    - There are some jumpers....

I'm sure this "Main controller chip" is TB6600HQ(or similar chip whose pinout is exactly same with TB6600HQ).

Because this chinese driver(shyidiao) may provide too much current to neme17 series(commonly used for 3d printer extruder), I'm planning to add external stepper driver.

So, you can also replace your broken chinese driver board(shyidiao) with another compatible board.

All you have to do is just connect it correctly to new driver board by soldering, converter board, etc.

I'll share the pinout of the driver board.

This pinout was written in terms of the board, not the socket.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
