Default 'One or more axis are tuned too fast for current kernel speed' error

Went to calibrate my Y axis to see if any accuracy changes occur with the weather turning colder, inputted my measurement and now I get the 'One or more axis are tuned too fast for current kernel speed' error and the Y axis will not move, all other axis' are fine. Please advise, thanks.

Your velocity is set higher than can be achieved with your kernel speed setting.
Lower the velocity, or increase the kernel speed.

Thanks, looks like my Y motor steps got set at 56000, the other axis' are only around 4000, how do I find the optimal steps for my y axis again, thanks?

    Hi,
looks like my Y motor steps got set at 56000
That suggests that you are using a way too fine microstepping regime or you have a huge gear reduction in that axis.

Tell us about that axis.....what sort of stepper, what driver, what microstepping, what belt/gear reduction, what ballscre pitch?
