Default Y axis not moving to scale

You guys have been a great help getting me up and running, but I have one more issue to fix. My "Y" axis is way off. I'd say it's running 60% of length programmed. I recently put a new microstepper controller on, but it was a exact replacement of the original. Please let me know if you have any questions on my setup or any suggestions to fix my issue. Thank you!

If it's consistent about that, what happens if you increase the steps/unit by 40%?

Have you set the microsteps exactly the same on bother drives?
You have not given a lot of information with which to help.

If all you did was change the drive it sounds like the microsteps setting on the drive (either adjustable by dip switches of software..... Or if it's a gecko, it will be locked to 10ustep resolution)
