If Mach3 itself is working, then it's not a Windows issue.
Are you using the same version of Mach3 on all the PC's?
Hey all
I have this USB controller, XHC MKX-IV
Working fine on one Win 8 machine and another Win 7 PC.
Bought another refurbished Lenovo Win 7 machine for new CNC router
Followed setup for MAch3 as before loaded the .dll file in plugins as before but Mach3 says no controller found.
This controller works fine on the other 2 PC's so I do not believe it is controller issue
My PC tech says it maybe that updates on older Win 7 have not been done and it is an issue with Win 7 USB driver update
Any thoughts if this could be similar to Win 10 update issues???

Yes ,66 if I remember correct
Try deleting everything from the plugins folder, and copy the .dll from one of the other PC's.
If that doesn't work, try re-installing Mach3. If that doesn't work, it may be that there's an issue with the PC?

Does the controller hardware need a Windows driver as well as a Mach plugin? I'd take a look in Device Manager with it plugged into the other Win 7 system, then with it plugged into the new one and see if the device shows up the same.
