    Default Mach3 and Windows 7

Windows 7 released another update that has been negatively affecting parallel port users. This one is called KB4284826 and will cause your computer to crash when you attempt to open Mach3. As with KB4093118 in April and KB4103718 in May, KB284826 can be installed using the directions in the link below. As always, we recommend using a dedicated computer with Mach3 that is offline or at least not susceptible to these updates. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that those using external motion controllers were not affected by these updates.
