Unhappy Mach3 Freeze after pressing the go to zero button.

    Hi,

I just bought a Chinese 3040USB 4 axis CNC. The problem is every time I press the go to zero button the program get FREEZE.
I cannot click anything. I have to End task the program to use it again. So I asked the seller but they cannot help me at all.

The mach3 version is 3.043.066 and the controller board is BL-USBMACH.
I also tried with Win7 x86 x64, Win8 and WinXP but the problem still goes the same.

I never used a CNC with the usbmach.dll plugin before.
But I've been using the 6040z which use the NcUsbPod.dll plugin and it works very well.

Here's the picture and XML file.

Does Mach even know where 'zero' is at that stage? I suspect not.
But having had poor results from a few tests, I LEARNT and do not use the GoToZero button.

    Cheers

Are you using the real Mach3 with a Mach3 license, or the hacked Chinese copy of Mach3 which does not work for a lot of the normal functions

    I'm afraid it's the Chinese hacked mach3.

There will be other functions that don't work as they should also, the only way to solve it is to get the real unhacked software, plus license

You do know you can download the real official Mach3 and try it out for FREE?
Go for the 0.062 version, not the final release of 0.066.
There is a 500 line limit and there may be one or two functions which do not work, like lathe threading, but those are spelt out.

Thank you for the information everyone. I'll try the official one and then report ASAP.

Be sure to run it in demo mode, and not with the pirated license file.

I try the Mach3 Demo but it not work again. It's like I'm missing something. So I found this BL-UsbMach-V22.dll on the internet. Then I use this instead of UsbMach.dll and it's work!!!
    Thanks everyone again.

    Cheers
