Small movement increments with Xbox 360 plugin

Hi guys, I have my Xbox controller hooked up and it’s recognized my mach3. My issue is it only moves in .0025 increments and if I hold the stick down it won’t continuously move. Any ideas? I read a bunch of threads on Lee’s plugin, but can’t find anything.

At least on mine, there are two different "speed buttons". One moves like you described, very small, but when I hold the other down it moves rapidly and progressively.

Hmm mine doesn’t. But I can set micros to other buttons and it works. The left thumb pad will move the x and y but only in those small .0025 increments.
