Upgrade to the latest version and see if that helps. If not, email Art directly.

    Thanks,

I think I have the latest version. Down loaded about a month ago. But I will check tonight. When the error code comes up it will shut Mach 3 off and return to the desk top if I don't respond.

I had a similar problem a few months ago. Mine turned out to be parallel port drivers that XP wasn't happy with. It took some effort to solve the problem but in the end it required an uninstall of the P-Ports and Mach3 driver, and then a reinstall of Mach3 driver, then install of the Special NetMOS P-Port drivers.

Another thing when that ArtCode error pops up is that the Kernal Spped resets to 25000Hz. If you're running greater than that, you have to reset that to your desired speed.

Let us know how it turns out.

Turns out that I needed to upgrade to version 2.0.030, then I turned off the toolpath screen in Diagnostic screen when running large 3D gcodes. thanks for all your help. And a big thanks to Art!!
