Default Cycle pause in effect? What?

Could someone tell me why while running a program in Mach3 I might see the message below? Also, when the message comes up the MPG dialog also appears. I don't think I pressed any buttons. Each time it happed I was watching chips fly.

Note: Cycle Pause in effect..No jogging or Reverse!!

    Thanks

Yes I'm also seeing this on some files - the pause/feed hold button doesn't do anything in some situations. The particular file I am using is using G82 for drilling canned cycles, I don't know if this is the cause but I don't see it in 'regular' GCode files, in which case the feed hold button works fine. Did anyone ever get an answer on this one? I'm conscious this post is 13 years old!

I see the message Cycle Pause in effect..No jogging or Reverse!! in the status window too
