Exclamation Y axis on two ball screws

When I build my router I decided to run my Y axis by using two ballscrews. Each screw has it's own motor and own stepper controller. I went to Mach3 settings and slave the Y and A axis together so they work at the same time. And here is the problem. Sometimes they work together tight way and most of the time they don't. I tried so many settings and still same problem. If I won't fix it I'm going back to one ballscrew on Y axis , I'm so frustrated. What might be the problem?

Could be 100 different things. But I'd guess it's an issue with the step and direction signals and your drives.
