Pin out for Primeweld 60 to WarpRunner/TMC3in1

Hey guys,

Not sure what to do about pin 3 here.
THC is not working properly so first thing I'm looking at is the hook ups to the plasma cutter.

Here's a pic showing what is happening. Torch just starts pulling up until the plasma cutter calls it quits,
