Default mach-3 ignoring my origin. goes to home instead

Mach-3 occasionally decides to ignore my zeroed settings and goes to home, resets them and then starts cutting air. I will jog the machine up and away from my origin, ref all home, then set the bit at my origin and zero x, y, and z. Then when I press cycle start, the head jogs over to the home position, resets the DROs to zero, and starts cutting. It doesn't do this all the time, just occasionally. It is really annoying. The only way to cut a part while it is doing this is to home the machine at the parts origin, but then I have to watch it like a hawk to make sure it doesn't drag across the part when the program is finished. Any ideas why it is doing this? Thanks.

Any G28's in the code? Post the starting gcode of a part that does this.

Or are you saying it will be random, and may or may not do it on the same part?

Lately I can run the same job multiple times but it resets the origin every time, but only in the y axis. Anyone know what to look for?
