I am so frustrated. My computer died, i bought a replacement old windows xp just like my old one was. Installed mach3 and the profile for my cnc mill from the factory cd. Mach3 should be completely tuned to my cnc from that file. If i press tab, i can jog the machine perfectly manually. I load a program i know it works. I press start, my machine moves and roatates to the beginning plunge cut. Then the spindle is still spinning, the dro shows 4th axis rotating, but the machine isnt moving around or right/left nor does it actually move down to start the cut. Using a syil x5. I tried uninstalling reinstallying everything like 5 or 6 times, going crazy.
Also in the display window it show the rod with toolpath. The line goes across the center of the rod. Maybe i am wrong but i swear that line should be on top of the rod....maybe this is my issue?
