Are there any way I can test the card to find who are who of the pins?

Hi
Does anyone have Mach3 USB Motion Card STB4100?
I bought it on Aliexpress. It´s made by Hongbang Motor Co., Ltd. My question is which pin should I use for axis step and dir?
The manual say 0 on all pins and ports for the axis.
Pin 1, 2, 3 and 4 are used for input switches and works fine.

According to the manual I found, it looks like you leave them all set to 0.

Thank you ger21, Happy New Year!
My problem is that I have set all parameters as per the manual but no life in the motors. I have contact with the board switches are working. When I enter a G code the Z motor give a short knock even if I wright G0 X100, G0 Z100 or G0 A100. The Mach3 is going to be used on my home bult slant bed CNC lathe. The A is for the auto tool change torret.
