Using Vital Systems HICON EC01/Mach4

I am using the Vital Systems Hicon EC01 motion controller. It is set up to turn on and control my VFD. However it wont turn on the Vfd/Spindle.
Which imput/output is used in Mach4 to enable it? The Out put for the motion controller is the J2 port.
